The breakfast was acceptable with a good variety of options.
The air conditioning WAS ineffective, especially when the outside temperature was around 30C. I also found the bed horrible, with dead spring pits on both sides , made sleeping uncomfortable. This is unacceptable for what I paid.

The gym was disappointing. It lacked modern equipment. many machines were out of service. the breakfast buffet was chaotic during peak hours. i had to wait quite a while for a table and the replenishment of food items was slow.

Excellent Stay in a Prestige Suite

I have stayed in many hotels. I decided to stay in a prestige suite offering 58 m2 of space. The suite featured a nice living room and a lovely bedroom with an awesome shower plus a bathtub. The pool is quite special. I particularly enjoyed the excellent breakfast area. It was also possible to check in earlier than expected. I found this beneficial.
The hotel might not be the newest, though maintenance was good! The curtain rod needs a slight fix-up.

I enjoyed the tasteful decorations and cleanliness very much. The staff members were friendly and very helpful with all my requests. My room was quite spacious. the bathroom had a modern design. I also liked the fine pool and the beautiful Christmas decorations.
I found the television channel selection rather limited . The options were mostly news channels, and there was only one film channel. This single film channel also featured a voice-over.

An acceptable experience

My room was modern and spacious. The bathroom had a powerful shower, which i liked. I was also provided with slippers and a bathrobe .
I reserved a room with two beds but received one bed. Towels had holes. A small car arrived when I ordered a taxi to the airport and indicated the amount of luggage.
